1. Agreement to Terms

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clanert Sustain is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. We both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that legal jurisdiction to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
