Clanert Air: continuous air quality monitoring for every site

On most sites, air quality is measured once in a while, with costly equipment, and the results arrive weeks later. By then, the dust has already reached the neighbours. Clanert Air is our answer: continuous air quality monitoring, built for every site.

The pod

The Clanert Air pod measures fine dust, PM2.5 and PM10, every minute and sends every reading to the cloud. It is 62 × 55 × 67 mm and weighs 110 g. Inside its sealed blue base sit a laser dust sensor and a Wi-Fi board; air is drawn in through vents in the floor, measured, and pushed back out below. The same unit can be expanded to measure NOx, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), temperature, humidity or custom parameters for your site.

  • Power it your way: a small solar panel on top, or mains power through USB.
  • Mount it in minutes: a wall clip, or a pole with two cable ties.
  • Protect it: where theft is a risk, a steel mesh cage locks it to the wall while the air flows freely.

The platform

Every station appears on one dashboard and one live map, with nine air quality index scales and a calendar that colours every day. Each station is calibrated against reference data. Set your limits and your team is alerted the moment a reading crosses one. Ask the built-in AI analyst what changed and why, see a five-day forecast, and download a full monitoring report with weather, trends and standards as a PDF.

Share the data your way: live widgets for your website, an open API for your own systems, or straight into Clanert EMS.

Where it goes

At a mine, on a fenceline pole downwind of the haul roads. At a school, high on a wall beside the playground. At a factory, on the boundary that faces the neighbours. See Clanert Air or ask for a quote.
